Each FCA US region is aligned with a global region. The Northland is aligned with the 19 countries of Southern Africa.
All Southern Africa teammates are Africans who understand the unique challenges and opportunities in their own countries which allow them to lead sports ministry in the most effective way possible.
The Northland Region comes alongside these teammates through the strategy of Pray, Give, Go.

We give of our resources to support the work God is doing in our International Region
We go to our International Region to serve alongside our international staff on Vision, Training, and Sports Trips
The Northland aligns each state with a small number of countries within the Southern Africa region in order to build better relationships and create sustainable ministry between the states and their aligned countries.
